Tim is an experienced real estate professional who has been actively involved in multiple sectors of the Boston real estate and building industry since 2011.

After earning a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Union College Tim went to work for Structure Tone, Inc., a full service construction management and general contractor in Boston. Tim managed several high end projects as an estimator, lead on-site supervisor, and project manager.

In early 2016 Tim decided to put his engineering and construction experience to use in real estate by becoming a development project manager for a boutique Boston-based luxury residential real estate developer, New Boston Ventures.

At New Boston Ventures, Tim specializes in identifying, evaluating, and acquiring development sites, financial analysis and cost estimating, zoning and permitting studies, managing construction of their luxury condo projects, and facilitating end-user real estate transactions.

At COG, Tim provides clients with an in depth understanding of the current trends and pulse of the high end residential market in Boston. Tim also offers services on navigating through the process of buying and selling to make for a memorable client experience whether you are a first time home buyer or seasoned investor.

Tim grew up in the Boston suburb of Hingham and currently resides in Charlestown.
