Location
Columbus Ave runs directly through Claremont Neighborhood, which is enclosed by West Newton Street, Tremont Street, Camden Street, and the narrow Southwest Corridor Park. More than 12% of the residential sales over $2M in the South End occurred in the Claremont Neighborhood in 2018. Its desirable location with convenience to the Prudential area of the Back Bay and many local bistros and artisanal coffee shops make it resonate with higher end buyers. When compared to arguably more recognizable South End sub-neighborhoods, Claremont holds its own.
