Columbus & Over Group (COG) was founded in 2014 as a boutique residential real estate consultancy and brokerage. We are dedicated to servicing a sophisticated clientele in Boston’s Back Bay and South End, specifically.

Our name refers to Columbus Avenue, the dividing line between these two premier Boston neighborhoods. Our firm also covers Beacon Hill and Downtown Crossing, sometimes known as Midtown. By providing clients with the raw data and the anecdotal ammunition they need to make decisions, we add value far beyond what clients can find on their own through MLS, Zillow, Trulia or Redfin.

We drive the cyclical real estate sales process from initial inquiry through closing and keep clients updated on market dynamics throughout their ownership period.
